I'm all about bringing color, life and whimsy to a space. Through texture, layering and fun, my pieces stand out as a visual permission to play and relax. My mission is to take recognizable scenes of life and reproduce them with a fresh sense of life and curiosity.

GET TO KNOW YOUR ARTIST:
Lynden grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and soon after high school traveled to Australia, Southeast Asia and West Africa. During these months abroad, she discovered a passion for teaching, painting, photography and public art. After returning to the States, Lynden worked in Atlanta doing visual design for Madewell, and was soon transferred to design the first all Men's Madewell in Austin, Texas. Lynden then went to Taylor University to study art and further her artistic career.

Lynden graduated sum laude with a BFA in Studio Art in 2024. There, she was awarded "Artist of the Year" two years in a row in mixed media projects involving painting, drawing, screen printing, ceramics and sculpture. Lynden currently lives and works in Marietta, Georgia with her husband Caleb.

During this position, I designed the overall layout of the storefront for Madewell locations across Metropolitan Atlanta, as well as the first Madewell Mens storefront in Austin, Texas.

Leading Birrama Creative, the design and marketing for Taylor University, has been incredibly fulfilling. From hiring and leading a team to directing projects, I've gained real-world design and leadership experience.
